Singapore Slingers
Australian NBL｜Singapore
球隊基本資料
The Singapore Slingers are a professional basketball team that currently compete in the ASEAN Basketball League. Between 2009 and 2014, the Slingers were known as the JobStreet.com Singapore Slingers for sponsorship reasons. The Slingers formerly competed in Australia's National Basketball League (NBL), becoming the first – and so far, the only – Asia-based club to compete in the NBL when they joined at the start of the 2006–07 NBL season. They withdrew from the competition in July 2008, with their decision influenced by the financial costs of travelling.
